Taylor Graboski: What makes good art? Should we all agree on what makes "good art"?

Good art is creative. It takes a lot of time and hard work. It should be original and take a lot of technical skill. It should be meaningful and effect the artist and viewers in an emotional way. We should not all agree on what makes good art, because we all have a different idea. Someone could look at one picture and think it's good art and another person could look at it and think its not good art. We all have our own opinions and taste in art.
