Good art is expressive and shows emotion. It should have a message or story with it so that is is more interesting and depth than just a picture. It also should illustrate creativity and should take time to create.
Question 2
Not everybody should agree on what makes good art. Everybody has their own opinion and everyones opinion is different. If everyone had the same opinion, art would be boring.
